Hedrick is a remote web development agency and product studio working exclusively with Webflow. We’ve helped dozens of teams migrate to Webflow, including startups backed by Y Combinator, a16z, First Round, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

We’re looking for a web designer to join our team.

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience in web design, particularly for tech companies and startups
• 2+ years of experience with Figma
• Ability to inspect and export optimized design assets in Figma
• Organized and process-oriented
• Excellent async communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Notion and Slack

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Webflow
• Experience with Finsweet Client-first class naming system
• Proficient in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks and creating custom-code solutions in Webflow
• Experience with project management and working with small agencies
